Use anytime or when pain occurs

  1. Soak the entire ball in water. Either by steaming the ball in a steaming machine for at least 15-20 minutes; or heating the ball in a microwave at medium heat for 1 minute.
  2. Remove the ball with gloves or a towel to protect your hands. Then place somewhere to allow the ball to cool a bit to ensure it is not too hot for your skin. 
  3. Massage the ball in circular motion onto the areas you want to destress and relieve for 5-10 minutes or until the heat is gone.
  4. Soak in water and reheat to repeat the treatment.
  5. When done using, let it cool down completely
Recommended Usage
  • For external use only. Avoid eye contact. Do not ingest.
Helpful Tips
  • After usage, place it in the ziplock bag and keep it in the refrigerator. It can be reused up to 3 times or until the aroma disappears.
