2. How can I earn points?
Please view the “Ways to Earn Points” section to click, view, and start earning points. Make sure to check back often, as we're always adding new events as a way for you to earn points all the time!
3. What can I redeem my points for?
Coupon code for discounts! Every 100 points are $1.00 off so if you have 2,300 points, for example, you can redeem the points for a $23.00 coupon code.
4. How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming your points is quite easy: Click on "Ways to Redeem" and make a selection!
5. Where can I find my unused coupon codes?
Click on "Your Rewards". Your point balance will always be displayed there. You may need to log in if you haven't already.

Log in to the Rewards Center. Your point balance will always be displayed there.
7. Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Signing up is 100% free. We're happy to have you as a part of our Family.
8. Do I have to register for individual promotions?
Not at all! You're completely eligible for individual promotions once you signed up for our loyalty program. All you have to do is fulfill our promotion's requirements (if any) and we'll give you your points as fast as our time zone allows (Thailand operates in ICT!)
9. Can I combine my Rewards points discount code with another code?
At present, it is not possible — only one code can be used at a time during checkout.
10. How long will it take for points to post to my account?
Points are added to your account instantly once an order is complete. However, during special events where we offer points for activities such as doing reviews, questionnaires or posting progress photos, it may take about 24 hours due to time zones.

12. What happens to my points if I make a return?
The associated points from the item you returned will be deducted from your account. For example: if you spent $40.00 on a product — which entitles you to 200 points — but later decides to return the product for a refund, the 200 points will be deducted from your account as well.
