COVID-19 UPDATE ON SHIPPING & RETURNS
As a result of COVID-19 affecting international shipping services, all customer packages will be delivered via DHL Express to ensure that our deliveries are fast, reliable and traceable. Orders in the U.S. will be shipped via UPS.
Our warehouses are operating normally and our operations team is monitoring the situation to ensure that your package will safely reach your doorstep! If there is a delay as a result of something outside our control (e.g. the COVID policy of our customer's country), we will provide you an update and we will take action to ensure you receive your items.
In regards to returns and refunds during this period: please note that the shipping charges, credit fees, and payment fees (e.g. paypal fee) on your original order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. The only exceptions are in cases where the package was incorrectly shipped to the wrong address or you received defective products.

What do I do if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?
You can expect your package to arrive 3 - 7 business days from ordering depending on your shipping option. Shipping delays can happen due to weather and road conditions. Please check the tracking number to see if there is any delay.
If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your premise and with your neighbors. If you still do not find your package please contact email@example.com.
