Your Daily Hair & Body Kindness Ritual
Use the four products together during and after your shower for a simple cleansing and nourishing ritual from hair to body.
Step 1: Cleanse Hair
Wet your hair thoroughly and apply a generous amount of the Bergamot Lavender & Turmeric Hair Kindness Shampoo. Gently massage through the hair and scalp, then rinse thoroughly with water.
Step 2: Condition & Soften
Gently squeeze excess water from your hair. Apply the Bergamot Jasmine & Ylang Ylang Hair Kindness Conditioner through the mid lengths and ends, focusing on areas that feel particularly dry, tangled or frizzy. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes.
For deeper conditioning when your hair needs extra care, leave the conditioner on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing.
Step 3: Cleanse the Body
While your conditioner is working through the hair, apply 1 to 2 pumps of the Jasmine Ylang Ylang & Tangerine Kindness Wash onto damp skin. Massage gently to create a light lather, then rinse thoroughly.
Rinse the conditioner thoroughly from your hair before finishing your shower.
Step 4: Replenish Moisture
After showering, gently pat the skin until it is still slightly damp. Apply the Jasmine Ylang Ylang & Tangerine Kindness Lotion generously over the body and massage using upward circular motions until absorbed.
Apply a little extra lotion to particularly dry areas such as elbows, knees and heels as needed.
For Hands:
The Kindness Wash and Lotion can also be used together throughout the day. Wash hands as needed, then follow with a small amount of lotion to replenish moisture.
