  • Creative Content Creator

    Commitment: Full Time 

    Work style: Remote working


    Sudtana is looking for a Creative Content Creator who is passionate about sustainably sourced organic and environmentally friendly personal care to join our Influencer Marketing team. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, organized, and feels a rush when a job is done exceptionally well.


    This role will focus on maximizing ROI for Sudtana by creating content and creatives that are aligned with Sudtana’s Brand.The ideal candidate will be able to analyze current processes and procedures and identify opportunities for efficiencies, because efficiency is the pathway to success. So, if you are creative and a superior communicator, and hungry, we want you!


    Responsibilities

    • Research product and ingredient benefit and features
    • Create sales driven copies for all content and copies including blogs, advertisement and video
    • Create multimedia to be used as advertisement including videos and images Regular report on progress, insights and improvements
    • Manage the workflow of team projects to/from the media department, including the traffic of materials to/from management to meet deadlines
    • Other duties as assigned


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Strong skills in creative writing
    • Fluent in spoken and written English
    • Familiarity with social media videos and advertising
    • Strong skills in using graphic design and video editing software
    • Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
    • Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done
    • Ability and eagerness to listen and learn from the experience of senior managers
    • Ability to work in a team, but also independently when needed
    • Ability to take a “hands-on” approach with respect to client materials and product
    • Flexible, committed, and punctual

    This role will focus on maximizing ROI for Sudtana by creating emotional sales driven copy and content - including blogs, advertisement and video story boards aligned with Sudtana’s brand.


    The ideal candidate will be able to analyze current processes and procedures and identify opportunities for efficiencies, because efficiency is the pathway to success. So, if you are a superior communicator, creative story teller and hungry, we want you!


    Responsibilities

    • Research product and ingredient benefit and features

    • Coordinate and oversee direction and production of multimedia
    • Transcribe English copies

    The role will focus on maximizing ROI for Sudtana by completing meaningful tasks with focus on creatives and graphics design that contribute directly to Sudtana’s strategy, marketing and profit goals and Sudtana’s brand. You will be engaged in administrative tasks in multiple areas of disciplines with a focus on creatives and graphics design. Furthermore, as you progress, you should be able to analyze current processes and procedures to identify and suggest opportunities for improvements in efficiencies.


    Responsibilities

    • Graphics design
    • Transform given content into pictures and videos aligned with Sudtana’s brand and product
    • Manage the workflow of media product, including the traffic of materials to/from management to meet deadlines
    • This is a remote position, standard-hours role, although when deadlines approach extra hours will be expected to ensure the success of a campaign
    • Other duties as assigned

    This role will focus on maximizing ROI for Sudtana by building long term relationships with the right Influencers whose persona is aligned with Sudtana’s Brand.The ideal candidate will be able to analyze current processes and procedures and identify opportunities for efficiencies, because efficiency is the pathway to success. So, if you are a superior communicator, adept relationship builder, and hungry, we want you!


    Responsibilities

    • Search, filter and reach out to international influencers
    • Lead conversation, negotiations and relationship building with international influencers
    • Report and notify team of customer messages
    • Report and coordinate with operations on logistics
    • Regular report on progress, insights and improvements
    • Know the status of each Influencers, and their needs
    • Manage the work flow of team projects to/from the media department, including the traffic of materials to/from management to meet deadlines
    • Proofs documents, contracts, briefs, reports, and versions before moving them to the next stage
    • Communicating with top-tier Influencers and securing their needs
    • This is a remote position, standard-hours role, although when deadlines approach extra hours will be expected to ensure the success of a campaign
    • Other duties as assigned


    Minimum Qualifications
