We provide free shipping for orders over 100USD (after discount). Free shipping is determined by the final total paid for an order after any discount is calculated.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details for updates. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with neighbours. If you still cannot find it, contact us at family@sudtana.com.
