Meet the Ingredient

Argan, written in Thai as อาร์แกน (pronounced ar-gan), is naturally abundant in nourishing fatty acids, particularly oleic and linoleic acids. Its smooth emollient texture replenishes the skin’s surface lipids, softens roughness and helps slow moisture loss, while tocopherols, polyphenols and phytosterols provide antioxidant protection against everyday oxidative stress.

We use argan oil in our Rich Body Oil, where it works alongside coconut, sesame, jojoba and shea to nourish dry skin and leave it soft and supple. You’ll also find it in our Herbal Warmth Body Oil, where it joins jojoba, sesame, ginger, black pepper and turmeric in a comforting massage blend that leaves the skin smooth, nourished and cared for.

Verified by Modern Science

Argan oil is naturally rich in oleic and linoleic fatty acids, supported by smaller concentrations of tocopherols, polyphenols, phytosterols and squalene. Its fatty acids act as emollients that soften dry surface cells and reinforce the lipid layer that helps support skin health. Its antioxidant compounds neutralise free radicals and strengthen the skin’s natural defence against oxidative stress, supporting a smoother, healthier and more resilient complexion.

Did You Know?

Long before argan oil became prized in modern skincare, Amazigh communities in Morocco were pressing the kernels of the argan fruit for use in food and traditional care. The oil became part of everyday life in the region, valued for nourishing dry skin and hair in Morocco’s hot, arid climate.

That long history of practical, plant-based care is part of what makes argan such a natural fit for our own body rituals. Paired with oils and herbs used in Thai traditions, it helps us create rich, comforting formulas that leave dry skin soft, smooth and deeply nourished.
