SHIPPING
To ensure that you get our products fast and correctly, we express ship our products by a variety of express services depending on your region: DHL, UPS and Thai Post amongst other reliable couriers.
English Shipping Address Only
To prevent delays, please input your shipping address in English. Failure to do so may result in delays as couriers require addresses in English.
Free Shipping for Orders over 100USD+ (after discount)
Free shipping is determined by the final total paid for an order after any discount is calculated.
What do I do if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?
You can expect your package to arrive on average between 3 - 7 business days from ordering. Depending on your shipping option and region, it may take a bit longer due to customs and shipping delays can happen due to weather and road conditions. Please check the tracking number to see if there is any delay.
If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your premise and with your neighbors. If you still do not find your package please contact family@sudtana.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full store credit refund. For cash refunds, please note that the shipping charges, credit fees, and payment fees (e.g. paypal fee) on your original order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. The only exceptions are in cases where the package was incorrectly shipped to the wrong address or you received defective products.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at family@sudtana.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will contact you to confirm the reason. This helps us improve and clarify whether adjustments, like adding or removing items, might resolve your concern without canceling the entire order.
Please note that If we do not receive a response from you within 7 business days of our email inquiry, your order will proceed as scheduled, and the item(s) will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.
What items are returnable?
Items that are purchased in the last 30 days with receipt. Non-returnable items include items marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items with retail value, and products from orders you have not received.
What is the timeframe to return?
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
How long does it take to get my store credits?
Once your store credit refund is confirmed, please allow us 1 business days to process your store credits.

Store credits are credited into your account with SUDTANA. You can create an account here or login to your account here.
How long does it take to get my cash refund?
It depends on whether the refund is done via credit card or Paypal. For credit card: please allow us 1 business day once your refund amount is confirmed. For Paypal please allow us up to 3 business days.
