Meet the Ingredient

Rosemary, written in Thai as โรสแมรี่, is an aromatic evergreen herb known for its slender leaves and fresh, herbaceous scent. Originally from the Mediterranean, rosemary is now grown and enjoyed around the world, including in Thailand. We chose it for the clean, uplifting character it brings to body care and for the way its aromatic oil pairs naturally with warming herbs such as ginger.

You’ll find rosemary throughout several of our everyday rituals. In our Uplifting Body Oil, it joins ginger and sesame in a fresh, aromatic massage blend that leaves skin soft and nourished. We also use rosemary in our Mineral Bath Salts, Cleansing Bar Soap and Uplifting All-Natural Deodorant where its crisp scent brings a refreshing finish to cleansing, bathing and underarm care.

Verified by Modern Science

Rosemary leaf oil is naturally rich in aromatic compounds including 1,8-cineole, camphor and alpha-pinene, and has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal properties. These qualities help defend the skin against oxidative stress, calm visible irritation and keep unwanted microorganisms in check, supporting clean, comfortable and revitalised skin.

Its crisp herbal aroma also has a naturally energising effect on the senses, helping transform everyday body, bath and underarm care into a more uplifting ritual.

Did You Know?

Rosemary has been valued around the Mediterranean for centuries, where its fragrant leaves were used in cooking, bathing and traditional preparations for the body and hair. Its strong, fresh aroma also made it a familiar herb in homes and everyday rituals long before it became a popular ingredient in modern personal care.

That long tradition of using rosemary for both its scent and practical benefits is why it fits so naturally into our own rituals today. Paired with ingredients rooted in Thai herbal wisdom, it brings a fresh, uplifting character to everything from massage oils and baths to cleansing and underarm care.
